This compete kit includes your choice of chain, front & rear sprockets and all required hardware to easily install. (see below for more info).
STOCK gearing (2.09/1) - choose 23/48 sprockets.
HIGHWAY gearing - choose +1 front (24T) and/or smaller rear.
TORQUE (Quick-Acceleration / Wheelies) try a -1 front (22T) and/or larger rear.
Each kit includes the following:
- (1) 530 chromoly-steel front sprocket
- (1) 530 hardened steel rear sprocket
- Grade 8+ Hardware - BLACK
- Choice of 530 X'ring chain - 120 links (longer available)
- (1) Rivet-type master link

Sprocket Center takes the guesswork out of upgrading your Harley Sportster drive-train to sprockets & chain. Our kit makes it easy to ditch that weak belt and convert your Sportster to chain-drive. This compete kit includes your choice of chain, front & rear sprockets and all required hardware.
This chain kit is designed for use with the stock Sportster frame. The kit may also fit aftermarket frames/hardtails which use the stock spacing & axle parts. For other custom frames, custom spacers may be needed for correct chain alignment. This is for use with a stock with wheel, and is not for a wide tire conversion.
Our Harley chain conversion kits feature chains from the best brands in the industry like D.I.D., EK and RK. The chain models listed below have been selected specifically to perform with your Sportster 883/1200 (1994-1999). Longer chain lengths for extended frames are available.
